Use of this site is subject to the terms of our agreement and privacy policy. Please read this agreement carefully before using this site. Be aware that by using this site you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions contained in the agreement. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of this agreement you may not access or otherwise use this site. Any changes to our agreement will be made public by posting them on our site.
 
In addition, when using particular services or features or making purchases on the site, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines and policies applicable to such services.

Please be assured that we respect your privacy. Any information collected on this site will be kept confidential and will not be sold or disclosed to third parties or reused without your permission. Any information you provide will be held and never used in ways you have not consented to. We also promise to never intentionally charge your credit card without your consent.
 
 
Shipping Policy

ALERT: Order delivery may be delayed an extra 1-3 days, depending on shipping method and location. While we do our best to provide estimated delivery time frames, high shipping volumes nationwide may result in delays.


 
We ship products anywhere in the United States via United Parcel Service (UPS) or United States Postal Service (USPS) when you place an order. We will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), the shipping method selected, and your parcel’s destination. Our flat-rate shipping charges are determined by the total product weight of your order and include a handling charge.
 
Shipping and Handling Fee Schedule
 
The majority of shipments are sent via United Parcel Service (UPS) or Priority Mail through the United States Postal Service (USPS) unless you specify an alternate carrier by calling our office.
 
 
 
Special Shipping Instructions
 
When you request Overnight, 2nd Day, or 3rd Day shipping, delivery will not be based on when you place the order; it will be based on when the order is received in our office. Once it is received in our office, your order will then be then processed and shipped (usually within 2 days after processing) according to your delivery preference. Please be advised that international orders require additional postage. If you are having an order shipped to a location outside of the United States, please call us at 1-404-629-6026 or email us at drjljohnson@aol.com to avoid a delay in shipping your order.
 
All shipments to the UK and other countries could entail a VAT. For UK citizens please visit the website: www.hmrc.gov.uk for more detailed information.  Our company DOES NOT pay the VAT cost nor do we collect money when the order is placed for those charges.  You will have to pay these charges when the package arrives in your respected country.
      We cannot be responsible for all packages shipped outside the United States once it has left the United States nor for the time it takes to get to the country to clear customs.  We have no control over the package.  We provide tracking only.
 
 
 
Our Return Policy

We'll gladly provide an exchange or refund of your purchase price (excluding discounts, and any shipping and handling charges) for items returned in their original condition within 30 days after you receive them. Customers will pay for shipping for any exchanges they wish to make.

We offer a 100% product satisfaction guarantee. We guarantee the quality of every product bearing our label certifying that our products are formulated and manufactured to our highest standards. If you are not completely satisfied with any Healing Nations™ product, you may return it to us within 30 days of receipt for a refund, exchange, or credit. This guarantee does not apply to any product that has been altered, damaged, marked, or misused. Our guarantee also excludes special teas in wet or dry form. There are no refunds on special teas, however, we will remake a tea at no additional charge. Also, please be aware that some states do not allow returns on open liquids.
 
 
We will not be held responsible for products that are damaged during the return process. Please be sure to pack each bottle carefully to protect against damage while in transit.
