Sickle Cell
Very little has
been written on Sickle Cell Anemia in the last ten years.
Conventional medicine has seemed to come to a halt as far as
treatment is concerned. There is no drug that we know of that can
help a person with Sickle Cell Anemia.
However, from the nutritional
side, Dr. J.L. Johnson has given Afro-Americans some real answers
to some tough questions.
What would I do if I had Sickle Cell Anemia
- I would begin to use herbal products that can cleanse the
blood on a regular basis. Cleansing the blood is the most
important thing that a person with Sickle Cell can do. Our
GAP Pills is the best blood cleanser on the market. I would use those herbal products that help build blood –
making red blood cells is the second most important thing that a
person with Sickle Cell can do. Making blood is like making a
cake; you must have all the right kinds of ingredients. To make
blood you need:
- Vitamin C Vitamin B complex (never take any one B vitamin by itself
– this can cause the other B’s to be depleted from the body.
Therefore, never just take folic acid, always get a B-complex
with all the B vitamins and make sure that all of the B’s are
the same milligrams; except the folic acid, which should be
400 mcg.
- Natural Iron
Take Wheatgrass Help my body make blood by taking yellow dock root and
bugleweed herb. Help my body to make Vitamin D on the skin. Take the right minerals on a daily basis.
- Change my diet drastically and eat the right foods.
Note: You can live a better and longer life when you begin to live this
way.
