How To Conquer Allergies with Cleansing

Thank you for visiting our website. Did you know that, contrary to popular belief, there is no such thing as allergies? However, there is/are:

  • Polluted bodies
  • Depleted immune systems
  • Poor digestion
  • Too much poison in our bodies from chemical and street drugs.
  • Overloaded elimination systems
  • Dirty, sticky blood

Fifteen years of research has shown us that people are not sick because of disease (allergies and such), but instead, people are sick because of basically three reasons:

  1. Too much waste in the body
  2. Poor circulation
  3. Deficiency - lack of vitamins, minerals, and nutrients

We found that when people would:

  • Clean the body
  • Get good circulation going again
  • Replenish the necessary vitamins, minerals and nutrients

People got well no matter what the so-called disease was; once again proving that having the disease was not making them sick.
People will be told that they have allergies when they have such symptoms as:

  • Itchy eyes
  • Red eyes
  • Runny nose
  • Constant sneezing
  • Stuffy head
  • Clogged sinuses
  • Itchy and scratchy throat
  • Lots of mucus
  • Etc.

We find that these problems come from eating too much of the "eight most dangerous foods." They are:

  1. White sugar, including the substitute
  2. White flour and anything made with it, including cakes, pies, cookies, donuts, white bread, and so-called whole wheat breads from the grocery store
  3. Groups of sugar filled drinks:
  • Sodas
  • Coffee- both caffeinated and decaffeinated (which we found to be worse)
  • Tea
  • Orange juice (from the grocery store)
  • Punch
  • Just about all juices from grocery store
  • Red meats
  • Dairy products, including:
  • All cow's milk (low fat, 1%, 2%, lactose free, etc.)
  • Ice cream
  • Yogurt
  • Cheese- products made with cheese, like macaroni & cheese, etc.
  • Drinking too much fluids - including water
  • Animal fats
  • Butter
    • Margarine
    • Lards
    • Corn oils
    • Most oils sold in the grocery stores
  • Any and all processed foods

The more of these foods you eat, the more you will have so-called allergies. The less of these foods you eat, the less allergies symptoms a person will experience. It has nothing to do with "disease" and a person does not need chemical drugs to get rid of it. Instead they need to:

  • clean the body
  • get good circulation going back in the body
  • put those vitamins and nutrients back that have been depleted from the body
AND SO-CALLED ALLERGIES WILL DISAPPEAR!!!
